Fantastic experience with this company, it was my first time ordering and sadly an item was left out of my order, within 5 mins of emailing to let them know somebody had got back to me, after a couple of emails they placed an order for the missing item and by way of apology gave me 15% off of my next order. I genuinely can’t complain, mistakes happen and they’ve been speedy to rectify it. The clothes I did receive were quality and I love them for such a bargain price! Can’t wait to place my next order!

It’s been over 2 weeks since I placed and order. Haven’t received it… emailed them and it’s been ignored.

Great service. I had a problem with my delivery address and after I realised I e mailed them and they rectified it fairly quickly and I'm now waiting for my order to arrive again. Customer service was very polite and understanding.

Absolutely disgusting after I have returned my order in May but they failed to inform Klarna of this and I’m still being charged and paying for the returned items. Have sent numerous emails but as of today I am still waiting for a reply. No contact number either!

An exellent service ,replied to my problem straight away and readily fixed it ,the clothing i have recieved have been great,ive only had one problem which was sorted out ,and they replied really nicely,will happily buy from this site again,as not having a lot of money the prices are amazing?

They cut the size labels off, I ordered a size tens and theyre more like a size 4! I can't even tell what size they have sent because they've so blatantly cut off the size tag ? have attached a photo of how crudely the sizes have been cut out, it's an absolute joke! Plus one of the things I ordered didn't even turn up!! Do yourself a favour and use other sites because you're just giving these scammers money for them to blatantly rip you off!!

The lack of customer support is shocking. Orderd next day delivery on Tuesday still not had parcel. Couriers car was stolen with 79 parcels in it. Auto message on evri telephone number to support that. Hidden fashion not refunding or answering emails

Clothing is garbage, poor quality, not true to size, crappy fabrics mostly cheaply made in China.
I sent back everything that I ordered.
The return was received by the company on 7th June, I waited and did not receive a refund until I chased them up with an email 3 weeks later.
I do not recommend this company.

Absolutely disgusting do not order from this outlet i returned goods via there returns as they was cheap rubbish items i received i followed there online returns which apparently have been sent to the wrong place even though i followed all there online return instructions i am still waiting nearly a month later and they do not even care i could have got the same quality of stuff from China cheap crap rubbish is an understatement and no refund stay away from ordering from this company please

I returned my order 3 weeks ago and it was delivered on 1st June. Slow response time to emails and company is failing to give updates when asked.

20 days later and no sign of a refund.

Absolutely garbage . Clothes for dinosaur. Slim legs trousers size 14 where your leg can’t fit unless you are size xs I’m your legs while the a.r.s.e. part can cover elephant . No free returns!!!! It’s not even worth one star!!!!

Where's my dress

I’ve been waiting for a refund for 2weeks. Sent an e-mail regarding my return, yet no reply. Conserving customers have to pay for return response time should be much quicker. No confirmation update to say return is in process. Very poor
